Hailing from the Motor City, Kash Doll first reached the spot light in 2014 with a remix of Tinashe’s “Too On,” which even achieved airplay on local radio stations. Her story evolved when her single “Run Me My Money” went viral, ultimately paving the way for her Keisha vs. Kash Doll mix-tape.

Kash Doll continued to grow and establish herself locally, continuing to pack shows and generate more and more streams. “For Everybody” came in 2017, which was awarded the BMI Social Star award, and this allowed her to make headlines by winning the “Issa Wave” Award at the 2018 BET Social Awards.

Now, the continuously rising Detroit rapper has released a new music video for her latest single, “Ice Me Out.” The video itself showcases the versatility that Kash Doll has, as she knows how to get your attention all throughout — leaving no piece of jewelry unseen and toying with life size hand-carved male ice sculptures.

“This is a song to remind guys that there are still independent women who can provide and spoil themselves,” she explains. “They can afford to buy their own things, but they still want to be treated special, courted and taken on dates, go out and experience new things together, exchange nice gifts… it’s more to getting to know someone than Netflix and chill,” explains Kash Doll.

“Ice Me Out” is the first taste of new music from Kash Doll since she released the fan-driven Brat Mail — a project meant to thank fans for their continued support. Overall, Brat Mail has garnered over 13 million global streams, lead by the highly infectious break out single, “Check.”
