Words From A Waldman: Baggage’s Jonathan Diener Helps Rank The Best Fat Wreck Chords Albums From 1998-2003 By Only Using Children’s Book Titles

Scott Waldman new 2019

is a busy, hardworking musician and comic writer who played in bands like The Swellers, Baggage, BRAIDEDVEINS and No Trigger. He continues to collect projects as if he’s some type of ancient warlock and they’re the souls to fuel his darkness. Having been raised on the fast punk beat, specifically those coming from Fat Wreck Chords bands, it only made sense that we teamed up to name the very best albums from 1998-2003 in our own special way. Not that we couldn’t agree on a format for the article, but we agreed that we’re both idiots and it only made sense to simultaneously rank them using a single word AND popular children’s books.

JD: The Giving Tree

SW: Wood.
1999: NO USE FOR A NAME – MORE BETTERNESS!
SW: Gooderness!
2000: LESS THAN JAKE – BORDERS AND BOUNDARIES
SW: Fat.
