Atlas Genius return with new track "63 Days," tour dates

Brothers Keith and Michael Jeffrey, performing as Atlas Genius, have obviously been through thick and thin together. They also make some fine music. For proof, you should revisit the pair’s 2015 release Inanimate Objects. Once you do that, you’ll be ready for the news we have, as the brothers released a new track called “63 Days” yesterday and announced a comprehensive fall tour (via Billboard).

The song is a tale of devotion as Keith prepares to leave on a trip for the titular amount of time. Although he’ll be gone, the feeling he has won’t diminish. The slide on some of the guitar parts does a great job of conveying longing that pairs perfectly with the lyrical content.

The pair go on tour starting September 22 in San Diego and make a big circle around the country, eventually ending the tour on October 26 in Los Angeles. The tour also includes a stop at Red Rocks Amphitheater on October 3.
