Today, Sabrina Carpenter has released her highly anticipated new single, “Espresso,” which is out now via Island Records.
Carpenter co-wrote “Espresso” with previous collaborators Amy Allen (who co-wrote her recent hit single, “Feather”), Julian Bunetta (“Nonsense”) who also produced the new single, and Steph Jones (“Nonsense”).
Additionally, to go with the song’s release, Carpenter has shared the official music video — directed by the renowned, Grammy Award-winning Dave Meyers (Ariana Grande, Bad Bunny, Harry Styles).

“Espresso” comes just as Carpenter is about to make her Coachella debut tonight, April 12th, on the mainstage. Tune in to the live stream here. The new single also comes on the heels of another career milestone for Carpenter who recently earned her first #1 at top 40 radio for her platinum hit single “Feather” and held the top spot for two consecutive weeks. Earlier this year, she made headlines as she joined Taylor Swift on the international leg of her highly acclaimed ERA’S Tour in Mexico, South America, Australia, and Singapore.
Carpenter was also recently featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan for their March/April issue – read the cover story here. And last week, she was just featured as the most recent face of SKIMS in their latest campaign. Read about it in W Magazine here.
“Espresso” gives fans a taste what’s to come from the songstress as more new music is imminent.
