Today, buzzing pop singer-songwriter Haiden Henderson has shared a brand new single entitled “hell of a good time,” which is out now via LAVA/Republic Records.
The highly anticipated new single first made waves last month when Henderson posted this video that was recorded on the streets of New York. The song was co-produced by Lauren Christy (Avril Lavigne, Dua Lipa) and Midi Jones (Demi Lovato, Alessia Cara), and features a shuffle beat and mesmerizing falsetto vocals, making it the ultimate track to listen to while getting ready for a night out.
About “hell of a good time,” Henderson commented, “The night before writing this, I went to a rock concert and was jealous of how massive their opening song sounded. I came into the studio desperate for something that put the two sides of my world together: pop vocals/melodies with a rock and roll backbone.”
This single also marks the beginning of Henderson’s full artist project, Haiden Henderson. He explains this change as a planned evolution of his artistry, “I got sucked into this world when the 15th song I ever wrote went viral and since then I’ve been experimenting with the kind of music that feels the most like me. I’m adding my last name as a way to tell everyone that I found it.”
