LIVE REVIEW: Devon Gilfilian makes memories in Orlando

Devon Gilfilian is opening for Local Natives this fall, and does he put on a show. Orlando, Florida on September 17 was the first date of the tour that Devon Gilfilian opened, (due to his pre-arrangement playing Pilgrimage Fest In Nashville, TN.)

Devon Gilfilian is a Nashville based artist, who draws his sound from R&B, hip-hop, rock, blues, and soul music. He has previously opened for artists such as, Anderson East, Keith Urban, Gladys Knight, Kaleo, The Fray, Mavis Staples. He recently released a single off his full length album called, “Get Out and Get It” and will be joining Michael Franti & Spearhead tour until Nov 8th.

The set started off groovy with “Stay a Little Longer”, in which the crowd was swaying with his vocal performance. As the set went on, we mentally thanked Local Natives for taking him on tour. Throughout the show he used his platform to spread self love and promote diversity. He even had the crowd hug each other, making memories and the show more intimate.
