Tei Shi returns with a whimsical new single "A Kiss Goodbye"

Tei Shi, whose real name is Valerie Teicher, has returned with a stunning new single!

Earlier today, the singer dropped her brand new song, “A Kiss Goodbye,” which is our first taste of solo music from the singer since her 2017 debut Crawl Space.

The track is a whimsical number that highlights Teicher’s stunning powerhouse vocals, and if it’s any indication of what her follow-up album is going to be, fans are going to be in for a real treat!

Speaking of the inspiration behind the new single, Teicher shared:

“This song is about intuition—following my gut and my body more than my head. It’s about learning from love and from giving so much of myself to other people, and coming out of it with a more selfish mindset, to save my love and my nurturing for myself. It’s about figuring out who you are on your own and without someone else defining that for you, through trusting yourself and allowing for the universe, the supernatural, the unexpected to take hold.”
