Southern California alt-rock trio Wallows has been taking music by storm as of late. Their 2018 consisted of appearances at major festivals (Austin City Limits, Lollapalooza, Camp Flog Gnaw, Life is Beautiful, to name a few), as well as a host of sold out shows across the country. Now, the band prepares to release their debut album, Nothing Happens, available March 22 via Atlantic.
Nothing Happens takes us through the ups and downs of life and captures the band’s journey towards adulthood through 11 intimate, introspective tracks. Wallows offers us a first glimpse into Nothing Happens with lead single and video “Are You Bored Yet? (feat. Clairo).” The video, directed by Drew Kirsch, features members Braeden Lemasters, Cole Preston, and Dylan Minette in a retro karaoke bar, surrounded by friends and familiar faces, including Noah Centineo, Brian Jones, and Nina Ljeti, among others. Wallows have also recently announced their US/Europe tour, which kicks off with a set at Coachella, then finds its way up the coast and across the pond. A full list of dates is below.
