Having gotten our first glimpse of All Inclusive Romantic Getaway with “Ms Tenaja” followed up by early singles “Blackout Control” and “Offshoot“, California based five-piece Spendtime Palace is excited to share their long-awaited album premiering exclusively on Substream today.
Organized around the idea of taking you on a vacation experience start to finish, All Inclusive Romantic Getaway is packed to the brim with dreamy soundscapes framed by overlayed synth and fast-tempo jangled surf rock as it takes you on its rollercoaster of a journey. When asked about the making of the album Dan Fowlie of Spendtime Palace stated, “The overall theme is that even though something has this perfect label (All Inclusive Romantic Getaway) it’s not as perfect as it seems. The label is a shell and underneath lie these songs that reflect a lot of hard experiences we have been through regarding our relationships and trying to navigate through our youth.”
