After having played together for nearly a decade new, New York-based pop-rock outfit Here’s to You have is ready to make their return with their sophomore album, Wonder/Wander.

Having originally formed back in 2009 while still in high school, Here’s to You — comprised of Charlie Giovanniello (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Stephan Stanzione (Drums, Vocals) and Greg Almeida (Guitar, Vocals) — self-released their debut album Love Me or Leave Me, inspired by their high school experiences. The band managed to garner a tight following due to their extensive touring schedule across the eastern seaboard, and performing at festivals like Bamboozle and South by Southwest. Furthermore, in 2016, Here’s to You added Mike Fenimore (Bass, Vocals) to complete their lineup.

Here’s to You spent the past three years writing, recording, rehearsing, and honing in on their more fresh and updated sound. Wonder/Wander shows the band using their experiences of growing up and falling in/out of live in the modern-digital age as the main set piece. It’s the band’s attention to detail and meticulous songwriting on Wonder/Wander that is sure to excite all fans.

After having worked behind the scenes for so long, Here’s to You is eager to release Wonder/Wander in three separate parts throughout 2019. The 4-track, Phase I, will be released on February 15th and we have the exclusive premiere of the first single, “Burning Alive.”

“The way this song came to be was kind of crazy and all happened at once. Greg had around 8 bars of this instrumental laid out in a demo, and Charlie took it home and started writing about this crazy, nostalgic, and surreal night he had while visiting his friend at college. Stephan and Mike came in and effortlessly improved on the songs structure and parts. It is one of the fastest songs we’ve ever written with each other, and it quickly became one of our favorites,” the band tells Substream.
