Danish alt-rockers New Politics have spent the past 8 years touring with the likes of Fall Out Boy, Paramore, 311, Twenty One Pilots, and more. They have becoming renowned for their high-energy shows, bringing their own mix of punk, pop, and dance to life in an explosive atmosphere.

New Politics have spent 2018 touring in support of their latest album, Lost In Translation, which came out back in October of 2017. One of the more intriguing and exciting things that the band did this year was perform a pop-up secret show in New York City last month.

We are excited to be premiering a new video from that performance today, for their song “One of Us.” You can watch the video for yourself at the top of the post.

“We surprised fans in the New York area on Sunday, September 9, 2018, with a secret show at Grace’s Pub in New York’s West Village. The small venue allowed us to meet everyone, take photos and share some of our music in a personal, acoustic setting. A big thank you to Grace’s for allowing us to share this day with our fans. And thank you to our dedicated fans who support our music,” the band explain regarding the gig itself.

New Politics will be heading out on a headlining tour next month — starting November 5th in Grand Rapids, Michigan and wrapping up on November 20th in Atlanta, Georgia. They will be bringing out The Score and Bikini Trill.
