When Mitski returned with new single “Geyser” and announced her new album, Be The Cowboy, would be out in August, it was enough to get us excited. We were even more thrilled when the pre-order link for the album included a tidbit about an upcoming tour. Mitski has now shared the dates for that tour, which will find her traveling across North America this fall.
Mitski is already set to do some solo shows over the next few weeks and months, but this fall tour will see her performing with a full band in support of Be The Cowboy. The tour begins on October 19 in Philadelphia and works it’s way west and south from there. Mitski will eventually loop back around and finish the tour with two shows in Brooklyn on November 30 and December 1. Jessica Lea Mayfield will be joining the tour as support for all but the last two shows.
Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, June 8, on Mitski’s website. That being said, anyone who pre-ordered Be The Cowboy can enter their “Mitski passcode” to gain access now.
