We live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with news whether we like it or not. This is the subject of Shawn Mendes and Khalid‘s new single “Youth.” Mendes sings, “Waking up with headlines filled with devastation again / My heart is broken / But I keep going.” The single was teased earlier this week with lyrics from the song going up in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Washington DC, and more, which you can see in the image below.
