Household have released a new music video for “Dark Matter.” The video, directed by John Mark, can be found at the top of this post.
“Dark Matter” appears off of Household’s latest album, Everything a River Should Be, which is out now on Equal Vision Records. We premiered the album last month, and you can currently pick up your copy of the record here.
Regarding “Dark Matter,” vocalist Joshua Gilbert mentions that “‘Dark Matter’ is a nod to our older sound. With a generally slower and more melancholic album, it was fun writing a faster track. This song captures relationship at its worst, the extremes or negative energy causing havoc.”
Household has been on tour with Senses Fail, Reggie and the Full Effect, and Have Mercy since late-February. They have a handful of shows left for that tour, followed by two shows supporting Have Mercy on their handling shows.
