There is something about the woods that is terrifying even in pure daylight. You might be with friends or perhaps accompanied by a pet, but still the woods has the power to scare you. The slightest sound somewhere happening just out of eyesight is enough to make most people want to crawl out of their own skin, which may be how some feel after seeing the new video from Crashing Atlas.
Today, we are thrilled to premiere Crashing Atlas’ video for “Savages”. The song is the latest track to surface off the group’s upcoming EP Ascend, and it features a soaring chorus that you will quickly commit to memory. The video finds the group fighting for their lives against a cult-like group they stumble upon while walking through the woods. In between performance shots we watch the band run and hide, but never give up. You can view the video above.
