English duo Royal Blood have an album coming next week. The sophomore effort from the group, How Did We Get So Dark?, is set for release on June 16. With the date fast approaching, the pair of Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher have shared a video for “I Only Lie When I Love You,” the latest single from the new album.
With a song that leaps out of the speakers like “I Only Lie When I Love You,” there’s no need to get too theatrical with the video. The visuals here find Kerr and Thatcher in black & white in an expanse of white nothingness as they play the track. There are some weird camera angles thrown in, but for the most part, the video sits back and lets the music shine.
