It’s no surprise that Twenty One Pilots has yet again attracted their fans  attention with mystery and suspense. The bands hometown of Columbus, Ohio woke up to massive news this morning  with a hint of a show date at Ohio Stadium on October 17, 2026. The band will be live on Columbus radio station WNCI during the station’s morning show Friday morning to announce officially. 

In the days leading up to the announcement, Columbus became the center of a citywide mystery as signs reading “FRØM HERE” began appearing across town alongside Twenty One Pilots’ unmistakable logo. Fans spotted the cryptic posters taped to the windows of local music venues, restaurants, record stores, and businesses throughout the city, while dedicated fans even placed homemade yard signs outside their homes. Sightings were reported at spots including Newport Music Hall, KEMBA Live!, Nationwide Arena, and other venues closely tied to the band’s rise from local clubs to global arenas. Social media quickly exploded with photos and theories as the campaign transformed Columbus into a massive tribute to the hometown band and fueled speculation that something historic was about to happen. Late Wednesday night, an image was projected onto the entryway into the stadium reading “TØ HERE” along with the date of the show.

For Twenty One Pilots, the concert represents another landmark moment in a career deeply tied to Columbus. The band famously built its following through grassroots local performances before exploding onto the international stage. Their previous large-scale hometown appearances have become legendary among fans, including massive arena shows and citywide events that celebrated the group’s Ohio roots.

Twenty One Pilots’ last major performance connected to Ohio Stadium proved just how massive the hometown duo has become. During the 2025 NHL Stadium Series event at “The Shoe,” the band performed in front of more than 94,000 fans, transforming Ohio Stadium into a full-scale concert atmosphere complete with fireworks, crowd interaction, and some of their biggest hits. The performance was widely praised by fans and local media alike, further cementing the idea that Columbus was ready for a true headline stadium show from its hometown heroes.
