Creeper delighted their fans everywhere when they announced their resurrection with the return of a new album, Sex, Death, & the Infinite Void — due out May 22nd

Creeper first returned with a new single called “Born Cold,” but today the band have released another brand new song called “Annabelle.” It’s a well crafted rush of the band’s dark rock n roll, with a soaring hook the band has proven they’re a master at. While “Born Cold” kicked off the band’s new narrative wirh the introduction of lead character Roe, the female protagonist Annaballe makes her debut in the new track.

“‘Annabelle’ was written in response to our experience with the Westboro Baptist Church whilst we were touring America,” says Creeper frontman Will Gould. “We’ve always proudly represented the so-called sinners, the weirdos, the outsiders and those who don’t feel like they fit in anywhere in this world. For many of our fans, our band is the one place they feel they CAN fit in. So we wrote them a satanic underworld anthem, a song to sing together in defiance. As the song says, ‘You’ve got to live a little when their world just wants you sad.’”
