Grimes’ new song, “So Heavy,” will be out this week. The singer took to Instagram to release the artwork for the new single, which is slated to be released this Friday, November 15th.
“Hooo boy finally just got release dates for things from label this AM” she wrote in the caption. “SO HEAVY I FELL THROUGH THE EARTH Fri.” Her post is below.
“So Heavy” will be Grimes’ second official solo single leading up to her forthcoming album, Miss_Anthropocene. It follows “Violence” which made its debut in September. The album, however, does not have a release date yet. Grimes’ most recent studio LP, Art Angels, arrived in 2015.
