Singer-songwriter Ben Folds (of Ben Folds Five) and fellow alt-rock veterans Violent Femmes have announced a joint summer tour. The 14-date trek, set to launch July 28 in Uncasville, CT, will journey through NYC, Boston, and a few other East Coast cities through the first half of August.

In addition to this joint touring itinerary, Folds and Violent Femmes will also both be touring separately. You can see below for which dates overlap, and all tickets are available here or here starting this Friday, March 8 at 10am local time. Pre-sale tickets available exclusively through the artist go on-sale tomorrow at 10am. You can also pick up a VIP package for any Ben Folds date, that includes a pre-show Meet & Greet/Q&A with Ben and a signed copy/excerpts from his soon-to-be-published memoir “A Dream About Lightning Bugs. A Life Of Music And Cheap Lessons”, starting Friday at 10am as well. Tickets go on sale Monday, March 11 at 10am for Kansas City.
