Courtney Barnett has released the third track to her upcoming album, Tell Me How You Really Feel. “City Looks Pretty” has the same passion and confidence behind the words as the last two songs, “Need a Little Time” and “Nameless, Faceless” released by Barnett.

Along with the artist’s usual upbeat guitar riffs, “City Looks Pretty” also takes moments to slow down such as at the end of the track as Barnett serenades, “I’ll be what you want oh when you want it / But I’ll never be what you need /And the city looks pretty from where I’m standing…”

The song also released with a video to accompany it — consisting a montage of distorted and retro-style clips.

Barnett’s full album will drop on May 18th but it’s already available for pre-order. In honor of the release she announced an Australian tour — her biggest yet. Along with this tour, Barnett will also be continuing performances nationwide and internationally through this summer and fall.
