Tickets for both weekends of Electric Forest are now on sale
The eight annual Electric Forest music festival will take place over two weekends in June 2018. Today, December 15, at 2PM EST tickets for both weekends go on sale. This event will sell out, so anyone interested in attending would be wise to reserve their tickets right away.
Topping the bill on both weekends – The String Cheese Incident, BASSNECTAR, GRiZ Live Band, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and ZHU. Heavyweight DJ Duo Galantis will perform exclusively on the First Weekend. Marshmello will appear only on the Second Weekend. Additional artists performing one or both weekends include Lil Dicky, Jauz, Green Velvet, Washed Out, Keys N Krates, Testpilot, REZZ, Datsik, Chromeo, Bonobo (Live), The Glitch Mob, Louis The Child, Xavier Rudd and many others. In addition to general tickets going on sale today consumers can also purchase shuttle passes to and from the event. The shuttles depart from major cities around the festival, including Muskegon Airport, Grand Rapids Airport, and Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. The video at the top of this page is the first in a series of recap/promotional videos created by EF organized. The talented crew who worked on this piece consisted of more than a dozen collaborators on site who shot three scenes a day for five days straight using cameras that captured 1500 frames per second. Every shot in this film was captured at Electric Forest 2017, and features real Forest Family in attendance, as well as performers and staff. This piece was a massive group effort, which relied on cooperation and support from each and every Forest HQ department in one way or another. The result is a truly arresting and beautiful visual art piece.
