Star Kendrick and Toma Banjanin are two of our favorite people on the planet, and the duo make great music as duo Geowulf. We featured them earlier this year in Substream #56, and they’ve continued to work on making amazing music for everyone. Today they unveiled new single “Get You,” and it’s sure to brighten your day.
The track premiered over at Mahogany and is a delight. The track has the same threads that have made their previous work such a joy to listen to, with some added variety and warmth in the percussion to give it a little extra oomph. Kendrick’s vocals are as whimsical and soothing as always, and Banjanin provides backing vocals that make the track pop.
“Get You” is part of Relapse, an EP put out through label 37 Adventures gathering the band’s releases up to this point into one package.
