Minnesota’s Mod Sun is back in our headlines today with the release of his official video for “Beautiful Problem.”
Arriving just a week after Mod Sun kicked off his Drive In Movie headlining tour, “Beautiful Problem” offers the Movie creator’s most cinematic visuals to date. Part dance piece, part love story, the clip oscillates from a journey through Mod’s memories and series of performance shots beautifully captured by Austin Kolodney of Psycho Films. For those who have yet to hear’s Mod’s album, Movie, it’s important to note that the idea behind the project is pulled from the belief people see their life flash before their eyes in the moments before death. Mod Sun has been using his platform as a musician to spread positivity and living for the moment since day one, but Movie and the materials created support that have taken those efforts to a new place. We are finally seeing the version of Mod Sun he has been telling us he was meant to become since the days immediately following his time in Four Letter Lie.
