Whether or not their sound is a direct product of their location, Seattle rock trio Echo Texture seem to be exactly where they should be. Seattle has been a hotbed for alternative-leaning rock music for decades and countless prominent musicians still call that gorgeous corner of the Pacific Northwest home to this day.

Following similarly in the footsteps of the city’s rock pioneers, Echo Texture—rounded out by members Jalal Andre (vocals/guitar/keys), Julian Ledgerwood (drums/percussion), and Stuart Taylor (bass)—is churning out solid rock and roll with tinges of indie, grunge, and post-punk, and it all comes together nicely on their self-produced debut full-length, Inter-Sting, which was released in December of 2016.
