Taylor Swift has been doing Taylor Swift things since her new album Lover dropped in August. Namely, that includes living her best life and selling a copious amount of records. It might be a ways off, but she’s also gearing up to take Lover out on the road. Today she shared tour dates for the summer of 2020.
There are a few notable aspects of these new dates. Firstly, of the twelve announced dates, only four of them are in the US. Swift will be spending the majority of her time overseas next summer. The four US shows are two night appearances at SoFi Stadium in LA on July 25 and 25 and Gillette Stadium in Boston on July 31 and August 1. Notable about those shows is that the two in LA will be the first ever events at SoFi, the future home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers football teams in the NFL. In opening the venue, Swift will become the first woman ever to open an NFL stadium.
Tickets will begin rolling out in stages imminently. Taylor Swift Tix Verified Fans already have access to register for a preferred pre-sale here and will have access to tickets on October 14. Fans will be able to register to join the Verified Fans program on Thursday, September 19 at 4pm EST. Capital One holders will have access on October 15, and general public tickets go up on October 17. A full list of tour dates can be found below.
