The next week will be a banner time for fans of Post Malone. In a week’s time, his brand new album Hollywood’s Bleeding will be out in the world. Last month, he previewed the album with “Goodbyes,” a track with Young Thug. Today, we get another taste before the album arrives with another new single from Malone, “Circles.”

On “Circles,” Post Malone leans more into his rock side than ever before. The gentle strumming of a rhythm guitar with a lead guitar providing a melodic line makes up the majority of the track. Malone spends the entire song crooning, and just like “Goodbyes,” he’s taken on a reflective tone. The title comes from the cyclical nature of the relationship he’s singing about. Co-producers Louis Bell and Frank Dukes provide the deft touch needed for this rock-type ballad to work, and the track represents an interesting new direction for Malone to explore moving forward.

You can listen to “Circles” below. Hollywood’s Bleeding is set for release on September 6, with pre-orders available now.
