Peter Bjorn and John will be making their way back to the US at the end of April to continue their tour supporting their eighth LP Darker Days, which released on October 19th 2018 via INGRID. Their Us spring appearance occurs after their European and UK dates on the 24th of April in Philadelphia and wraps up in Croatia on at the INmusic Festival. They will be performing alongside the Cure, Garbage, Foals and Kurt Vile and The Violators.

Furthermore, the band is set to drop more new tunes on February 22nd, with the release of their EP EPBJ. The songs on this EP were written and recorded during the same period as their LP, Darker Days. Songs featured on the EP – “Bones,” “Darker Days” and “Saying Goodbye” show a sensitive side of the band that isn’t often featured in their other works.

Peter Bjorn and John have stated that they are ecstatic to make their way over to the US once more for another leg of the Darker Days tour to play cities that the opportunity didn’t arise to play this past winter, such as Philadelphia and Seattle. The tour is also bringing them back to the southern US for the first since since releasing Darker Days. On their 2018 winter tour they wrapped up with a sold-out show in San Francisco and stayed around one more day to be featured on the KCRW Morning Becomes Eclectic Bay Area Session. This session was recorded with a live audience and Chris Douridas to chat with the band and went live on the 21st of December.
