Back in 2014, The Front Bottoms introduced fans to the grandma series. The premise was simple: take a collection of songs that were released pre-Self-Titled, give them a proper recording, decide which of their grandmothers to name the EP after, and release the record for the world to hear. Thus giving new life to older material and finding a good excuse to work some older fan-favorites into their current setlist. 2014’s Rose EP gave us canonical versions of songs Lipstick Colored Magnet, Jim Bogart, Be Nice To Me, and more. Today, after a weekend of teasing on Twitter, The Front Bottoms have officially announced the second installment in the grandma series: Ann.

Ann will be released May 18th on Fueled By Ramen and features five tracks that fans have been begging to hear since the series was announced plus a brand new song called “Tie Dye Dragon.” The tracklist and artwork for the EP can be found alongside a slew of newly announced tour dates below.
