Last week we shared Skott‘s latest single “Mermaid” with you. It was the first release from the singer in awhile, but now we’re lucky enough to have news to share from her for the second week in a row. Today Skott released the music video to go along with “Mermaid,” and it’s just as amazing as the song.
Unsurprisingly, the video carries a heavy water motif with it. This appears not just in the pool and rain that show up, but in reflective surfaces throughout the video. In the beginning Skott is in the forest while our other well-dressed star is in his beautiful home, but as the video progresses these two settings begin to blend and phase into each other.
With a new single and music video, we’re hoping Skott will remain active for the near future. We’ll update you with any new music or videos that come along.
