Today, Bearings have released the reimagined version of their single, “Slip.” The single is lifted from their upcoming deluxe version of their record, The Best Part About Being Human, which will be out on September 24th via Pure Noise Records.
The deluxe edition of the album will feature three new songs and three re-imagined off the original release and was produced by Sam Guiana (Silverstein, Between You & Me).
Listen to Slip (reimagined) below and pre-order the deluxe edition of The Best Part About Being Human from Bearings here.
The rest of the album features the most tightly honed songwriting of Bearings’ near-decade career – including “Gone So Gone”, “Live Forever Never Die,” and “Slip” – leaving listeners instantly nostalgic for sweaty summer festivals and finger-pointed singalongs while serving as a clear indication of where the pop-punk genre is headed.
