A Day To Remember are at the top of their game, and they’re not afraid to prove it.

The modern alternative landscape would not be what it is without A Day To Remember. This is not theory or opinion, but rather a matter of cold, hard fact, at no one in their right mind can deny. Through constant refinement the Florida-bred band has taken a unique twist on the post-hardcore sound and brought it to the mainstream with the help of pop-friendly songwriting and a devoted audience willing to buy anything the group chooses to release. Other groups need the music business, but the alternative music business needs A Day To Remember, and after fifteen years in business the band knows this as well as you or I.

To celebrate their ascension to the top of the modern rock hierarchy, A Day To Remember recently launched a fifteen-year anniversary tour with a little help from Papa Roach, Falling In Reverse, and The Devil Wears Prada. The tour kicked off on February 20 at the Deltaplex in Grand Rapids, MI to a crowd of thousands, and Substream photographer Ben Howell was on hand to capture every moment of rock-fueled chaos as it unfolded. You can find the best of his work below.
