alt-J have announced that they will be heading out on a lengthy North American headlining tour later this year. The band will be touring in support of their latest album, Relaxer, which came out in 2017.
The tour will begin on April 7 in Denver, Colorado, and will make stops at Coachella, Firefly, Bonnaroo and Mountain Jam before wrapping up on June 26 in Mexico City, Mexico. In addition, their show at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York will be the largest venue alt-J has headlined in North America. That show will also feature a surround speaker system, using immersive hyperrealism technology, to envelope the entire audience in an incredible surround sound experience.
