Less than a week after accusations of sexual abuse and misconduct destroyed PWR BTTM, a group known for fighting against such wrongs, perhaps the most reviled figures from the alternative music community has reappeared online. Hunter Moore, founder of the now defunct revenge porn site Is Anyone Up?, is back, making EDM music and planning the release of his first book.

You read that right. Though Moore was originally sentenced to serve two and a half years in a federal prison, he recently entered a program intended to help inmates re-acclimate to the outside world. In doing so, Moore also regained internet access, which he has used to launch new social media accounts, as well as a music career and a website promoting a book Moore plans to release sometime in the coming months. His single is titled “Make the Internet Great Again,” but we have chosen to not make the song available on this site.

As for the book, we still don’t know what to expect. Little information is available at this time, and as far as we know, Moore is not working with any major publishers. We assume the book will tell his side of everything, but again – we simply do not know.

To be clear, we are not telling you all of this because we believe Hunter Moore deserves a second chance. During his time with Is Anyone Up?, Moore played a role in destroying many lives by sharing private photos of men and women in various states of undress against their will. The alternative community came together to force him out once before, but like a cancer in human form, he has returned with hopes of furthering his personal brand once more. We, the members of this community, have the ability to fight back. We are with you if you are with us. Don’t give up. Don’t give in.
