Grammy-nominated superstar Demi Lovato has released a brand new single, “29.” The track will appear on their upcoming new album, HOLY FVCK, which is due out this Friday, August 19th via Island Records.

Lovato will make the TV performance debut of “29” tomorrow night, August 18th, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The performance is part of Demi’s three-night takeover on the show, which included a performance of “SUBSTANCE” – watch here – and they will appear as co-host tonight (August 17th), taking part in the monologue and guest interviews. Demi will then stop by Good Morning America for their Summer Concert Series in Central Park this Friday, August 19th.

Listen to “29” below.

HOLY FVCK marks Lovato’s 8th studio album and is a sonic journey grounded in their rock and pop-punk roots and illustrates an earnest yet tongue-in-cheek retrospective of their life experiences. The 16-track album will include previously released tracks “SKIN OF MY TEETH” and “SUBSTANCE,” and features from Yungblud, Royal & The Serpent, and Dead Sara. Full tracklisting below. The album is available to pre-save and pre-order now.

On top of that, Lovato will be bringing the album to life to fans across South America and North America this Fall on their HOLY FVCK Tour. Fans can expect to hear new songs from the album as well as reimagined rock versions of their hits, including “Sorry Not Sorry,” “Cool for the Summer,” and many more.

Produced by Live Nation, the 32-date tour kicked off this past Saturday at the Illinois State Fair. The tour will continue to South America with stops in Belo Horizonte, Bogotá, and more before hitting North America on Thursday, September 22 in Wheatland, CA at the Hard Rock Live Sacramento. The North American leg includes stops in New York, Los Angeles, Montreal, Nashville and more before wrapping up in Irving, TX at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory on Sunday, November 6.
