It’s nearly impossible for you to not have heard HARLOE’s work somewhere in recent times. Behind the scenes, she’s written for and worked with some of the current titans of pop music. She has plenty of magic leftover for herself, as listeners found out with her recent single “Rivers Run Dry.” While her production skills are top notch, her vocals will really wow you. She’s showcasing those vocal chops today with a new stripped-down version of “Rivers Run Dry,” premiering here on Substream.

This new version of “Rivers Run Dry” is HARLOE flexing all on her own, just her and a keyboard. The simplicity of the backing instrumental showcases the strong songwriting and thought that went into the original version. Her incredible vocals stand out even more here, a stunning mix of powerful technical ability and emotional intensity as she gets down to the heart of “Rivers Run Dry.” The accompanying music video is serene and peaceful, a perfect backdrop for HARLOE’s incredible track.

HARLOE spoke to us about this new rendition, saying “I wanted to showcase ‘Rivers Run Dry’ in its most raw form, the way it was first written. Thrown in with some behind the scenes of a recent photoshoot, a lot of moss, and bird friends as an obvious choice.”
