Brook Davis is an up-and-coming pop-punk band emerging from New York City in the fall of 2018. In case you are wondering — yes, they are named after the fashion mogul from One Tree Hill.
The NYC-based duo is comprised of guitarist/vocalist Moses Charles and drummer Calvin Gaynor, who met in high school bonding over shared musical influences. These ranges from All Time Low, Mayday Parade, the Maine, and their peers. Brook Davis then went on to record their debut EP, Serious Damage, with Jack Mason of Spotify Studios.
With that, Brook Davis established themselves as being more than capable of using energetic riffs and massive hooks to create catchy pop-punk that you’ll want to hear. Bringing us to today, we are excited to be premiering a new single from the band called “Zoey (Somewhere In Your Backseat).”
On the new song, Charles shares, “Most people can probably relate to this situation. You want something that isn’t yours and never will be.”
