Bad Reed get funky and woodsy with video for “Stained Glass”

Ontario rock trio Bad Reed‘s newest music video accentuates its funky, psychedelic single very well with some trippy, woods-based visuals and effects and some pretty awesome make-up/costume work. With cinematography and editing by Kingsworth Films, the video is very stylish and unique—refreshing for a medium that’s all too often very homogenized.

Currently, “Stained Glass” is offered as a standalone single (with a ‘name your price’ option on Bandcamp) following the band’s self-titled debut EP from 2015, but with a new release expected early in 2017, time will tell if this new track will be featured on that effort.

In the meantime, watch the video for “Stained Glass” below and follow the band on Facebook and Twitter for inevitable updates.
