After an October 7 release, Balance And Composure is celebrating their first album in three years with the Light We Made tour. With support from Foxing and Mercury Girls, this show is an indie music fan’s dream.

“We fell off a little bit for a while there,” lead vocalist Jon Simmons joked as he tuned his guitar between songs. “But we back.”

After a couple solo Balance And Composure shows, including Riot Fest Chicago, the tour has officially kicked off and we caught the second show of the U.S. and Canada trek at Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro, North Carolina. The ‘new tour’ excitement could still be felt from everyone on stage, and Foxing couldn’t thank Balance And Composure enough for giving them the opportunity to join the journey.

B&C’s new album, Light We Made, is out now through Vagrant Records and the band will be on the road all fall with Foxing and Mercury Girls.
