Talking to Substream about the long-standing relevance of the source material, Dinosaur Pile-Up offers:

“[‘Money For Nothing’] has a really timeless and classic vibe with those guitars and that intro. Lyrically, the chorus hook just seemed really apt in the current market of music, with how the value of music and the worth of what songwriters and bands are creating has been completely turned on its head. ‘Money For Nothing’ just seemed like it had taken on a completely new meaning to us looking at the situation from the inside out.”

Dinosaur Pile-Up’s newest album, Eleven Eleven, is on sale now through So Recordings and Silva Screen Records Ltd.
