Two nights ago in Salt Lake City, Arizona-based pop-punk band Sundressed [pictured] and acoustic artist Chase Huglin were robbed. After performing a show at the Underground in town, the pair discovered their trailer was stolen off the back of their van outside an Econolodge in Salt Lake City. According to the bands, all of Sundressed’s gear and equipment, as well as Chase Huglin’s merch, was stolen. Because of this, the band was forced to cancel their scheduled tour dates in Denver and Albuquerque.

“We just have to keep our heads high,” Huglin tells Substream. “Seeing all of the support from friends, family, fans and members of the music industry that we look up to has been so humbling, and we are so grateful for that.”

For more information, the band has set up a GoFundMe to help raise money for the stolen gear and have posted a list of the items stolen from their trailer on their Facebook. As of January 25, the band has raised $4,815 of their $8,000 goal. Sundressed and Huglin have also put their Bandcamp links up for “pay what you want,” with all of the funds going directly to the artists.
