PREMIERE: Fine Fine Titans’ “Appetite” is heart-pounding female-fronted metalcore

The members of Michigan metal unit Fine Fine Titans are five years into their band’s existence, but two members are even deeper into a more important relationship—vocalist Jennifer Bartlett and bassist Evan Bartlett have been together since 2007 and married since 2009. Clearly, this band is more than just something to do in their free time—it’s their lives, and you can hear that passion on their new album, Renaissance. Today, we’re premiering the music video for their new single “Appetite,” shooting the music video in the same basement they wrote the song in (with the help of director Jared Rogers). Jennifer Bartlett explains:

“Writing this song came unexpectedly. The guys threw it together abruptly at the very end of practice one night and it was the next day, when we were supposed to get together to finish writing it, that our drummer separated his shoulder and so it was thrown on the back burner for months. Two weeks before we hit the studio with Randy, we finished it almost as quickly as we started. Something about this song ignited a certain fire in us that couldn’t be ignored.”

Fine Fine Titans’ Renaissance will be released November 20 via CI Records and can be pre-ordered now (physical/digital).
