Nick Alexander—merch manager for Sum 41, Underoath, Panic! At The Disco, more—among dead in Paris terrorist attack

More awful news coming out of yesterday’s massive terrorist attack in Paris: We have received several unconfirmed reports that Eagles Of Death Metal merchandise manager and British citizen Nick Alexander was gunned down in the massacre. We stress that these reports are unconfirmed by police officials, but that Substream has received word from numerous sources stating he was one of the victims. He was 36. A GoFundMe has been started in Alexander’s honor to help cover the costs of his funeral—you can contribute to it here.

If you recognize Nick Alexander’s face, it’s probably because he’s sold you merch from one of your favorite bands before. Alexander has previously worked for Panic! At The Disco, Sum 41, Underoath, MGMT, the Black Keys, Best Coast, Forever The Sickest Kids and more. Here is a photo of Alexander with Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley and friends in happier times.

Substream sends our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Nick Alexander.
