Jeff Rosenstock releases new song in wake of tour robbery

Earlier this week, SideOneDummy Records artist Jeff Rosenstock and his band woke up in Oakland, California, to find their tour van broken into and emptied of all its possessions, including thousands of dollars worth of musical equipment, merch and personal items. The band—currently on tour with Modern Baseball, PUP and Tiny Moving Parts—has soldiered on, with no plans on dropping off the tour, but to assist them, a GoFundMe page was created to help fund the replacement of their gear. (Modern Baseball has also launched an adorable “Jeff Ruffenstock” tee with all proceeds going to Rosenstock & Co.).

In response to this outpouring of support, Jeff Rosenstock has posted a video of him performing a brand new song called “Edan’s Song” acoustic in a friend’s house. You can watch it below.
