PREMIERE: Cabaret Runaway’s “Apples” will have you dancing (and moshing) like it’s 2005

Do you love the theatrical tendencies of Panic! At The Disco’s A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out but wish the music was a bit more aggressive? Are you a fan of the Used’s In Love And Death but your favorite songs are the ones without Bert McCracken screaming? Please welcome Pittsburgh’s Cabaret Runaway, the newest signee to Revival Recordings. The band’s debut album, Atrocities, is a cross between those aforementioned classic records with a slight indie-rock twist. Today, we’re premiering the Kyle Hines-directed music video for their new single “Apples.” Frontman Andrew Dinger explains:

“‘Apples’ revolves around a sociopath who has the power of choosing who lives or dies. He begins by killing bad seeds to rid the world of evil but finds himself corrupted as he feels he is becoming the God of the human world.”

Cabaret Runaway’s Atrocities will be available November 3 via Revival Recordings.
