After two albums with indie label Bar/None Records, New Jersey folk-punks the Front Bottoms have signed on the dotted line with none other than Atlantic Records subsidiary Fueled By Ramen, making them labelmates with the likes of such chart-toppers as fun. and twenty one pilots. (No word yet on if they’ll change their name to “the front bottoms” or add extra punctuation marks. We’ll keep you posted.) The band will put out their FBR debut later this year, though no other details such as an album title or release date have been announced yet.

To celebrate their signing to the major label, the band have surprise-released another song, “Cough It Out,” complete with a new music video. You can scope it below, as well as the band’s current slate of tour dates. This is actually the second new Front Bottoms song in the past few weeks; the band dropped another new song, “West Virginia,” two weeks ago to the day. If this trend keeps up, expect a third new Front Bottoms song/music video combo on July 7 (or maybe we’re just projecting here).
