Members of Foxy Shazam and Cadaver Dogs form new band, the Skulx

Ohio’s music scene is constantly cross-pollenating—case in point, meet the Skulx, comprised of Alex Nauth (formerly of Cincinnati’s Foxy Shazam) alongside Mathew Franklin and Lex Vegas of Columbus’ Cadaver Dogs. The trio claim to have a full-length ready to go which includes contributions from members of Slash & The Conspirators, Bad Rabbits and Larry & His Flask; you can sample a (very) brief teaser below:

There’s no word on live performances yet, but Cadaver Dogs are hitting the road in June, so maybe if you go to one of these shows and ask nicely, they’ll play you the Skulx album:
