EXCLUSIVE: Swingin’ Utters guitarist Darius Koski explores his varied influences on ‘Sisu’ (full-album stream)

Darius Koski might be best known for his two-plus decades of service as guitarist/vocalist of Bay Area, California, punk act the Swingin’ Utters. But one listen to Sisu, Koski’s solo debut and you’ll hear he’s so much more than just a punk rocker. Sisu has elements of honky tonk country, jazz, bossa nova, swing and classic rock, making it far more stylistically varied than your average punker-gone-acoustic record. Sisu comes out April 7 via Fat Wreck Chords and can be pre-ordered here.
