EXCLUSIVE: Daisyhead let you know you’re not alone in “East Bend”

We are thrilled to be premiering “East Bend,” the latest song from Nashville-based emo rockers Daisyhead‘s new album, The Smallest Light. Fans of Jimmy Eat World’s big crescendos or the Wonder Years’ slower, more anthemic moments will find plenty to like here. Frontman Michael Roe had this to say about the song:

“‘East Bend’ is pretty much a direct letter to my mother. My mom and I have had a pretty interesting journey, and I felt like it was definitely worth writing about. I wanted to know if she was satisfied with the way I turned out, and if she would have done things differently if she had the chance.”

The Smallest Light comes out March 3 via No Sleep Records and can be pre-ordered here.
