Sir Sly Announce Tour Dates Supporting St. Lucia

Having just finished a successful solo headlining tour, Los Angeles-based band Sir Sly have announced a string of US tour dates in early 2014 supporting St. Lucia.  The tour kicks off January 16 in Kansas City, MO at the Riot Room and includes dates in New York City at Bowery Ballroom (Jan 19), Chicago at Lincoln Hall (Jan 25) and Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre (Feb 11). SIR SLY recently released their first music video for their current single “Gold”, directed by award-winning director Ellis Bahl (Alt-J) – Check it out HERE . “Gold” is the title track off the band’s recently released Gold EP, which features four tracks written and performed by the band. The Gold EP is out now via Cherrytree/Interscope records. “Gold” is also featured in a trailer for the action-adventure video game, Assassin’s Creed.


SIR SLY have also unveiled a video of their stripped down performance of their previously released song “Easy Now.” Check it out here.


SIR SLY is Landon Jacobs, Hayden Coplen and Jason Suwito. The Los Angeles based band write, record, produce, mix and master all of their music in their own recording studio, where they have developed their signature sound – a delicate balance of solemnly surging, yet indelibly catchy electronic indie rock.
